Sometimes I have a huge chocolate craving and I go for chocolate desserts that are very chocolatey. Cakes cupcakes pies… whatever it is it just has to have a lot of chocolate.

Chocolate pencil!
Just like this chocolate cherry cake. It has a super delicious cocoa dense cake. Then follows a soft dark chocolate cream with cherries then another layer of cake biscuit and finally a soft milk chocolate cream on top.
For decoration I add cocoa powder cherries and chocolate pralines. Could you handle more chocolate than this? Theoretically yes but practically I think this cake is exactly what you need. A real treat a celebration of chocolate and fresh tasty cherries. Enjoy!
