Classic Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe
If you’re a fan of chocolate chip cookies you generally fall into one of two camps: thin and crispy or thick and chewy. This particular recipe is for the latter: thick and chewy chocolate chip cookies are what I grew up with and they’re still my favorite cookie. (Psssst… looking for thin and crispy cookies? This chewy chocolate chip cookie recipe was influenced by two major factors: the Nestlé Toll House recipe on the back of the package (which we can all agree is the standard when it comes to chocolate chip cookies) and a recipe from Christina Tosi's Milk Bar Life cookbook.
