This breakfast bowl is super simple and only requires 7 ingredients 30 minutes and 1 pan to prepare.

I'm usually an oatmeal or granola fan but the protein and staying power of quinoa are hard to ignore: 1 cup cooked has about 8 grams of protein 5 grams of fiber and tons of iron and magnesium! I can't think of a better way to start the day.
