It’s never too late to bake a cake. Or… it’s never too late to bake another cake. To be honest cakes are my weakness and I always make them with love. My favorites are the chocolate cakes and this amazing cake has a lot of chocolate.

Chocolate pencil!
The cake is wonderfully light and chocolatey while the chocolate cream is silky and has well-balanced flavours. For an extra infusion of aroma I added a raspberry cream which also brings freshness.
This chocolate raspberry cake is amazing and it might just become your favorite.
