I love homemade cookies. And I’m not the only one – the whole family enjoys making and eating them. Together with a cup of coffee milk or yoghurt they are the perfect snack for all ages. I’ve probably said this before but it bears repeating from time to time.

Chocolate pencil!
A while ago I posted a recipe for layered cookies that is quite similar to this one but the spiral cookies I present to you today are a bit easier. So for those who like it easy (like me sometimes) or are in a hurry try these healthy soft and delicious cookies.
