Chocoholic? You'll question the integrity of store-bought puddings after eating this rich chocolate pudding! Use dark semi-sweet or milk chocolate whatever you like! It's best to use a larger pan I think it's easier to mix. A whisk is much better than a spoon (no pun intended). If this isn't rich enough for you you can try chocolate milk but any milk will do: low fat 1% 2% full fat even soy. Same goes for the chocolate; use whatever you like: dark semi-sweet or milk chocolate.
