I have been loving canned tuna lately. It is such a great way to feel nourished and so easy to transform into an easy no-cook lunch or dinner. I find myself relying on it more and more each day. I never get tired of it!
Understandably I’ve been on a journey to learn all the nuances of buying canned tuna. What have I learned so far? Not all canned tuna is the same: there’s Yellowfin vs. Albacore and water-packed vs. oil-packed.
