These two root vegetables make a side dish with enough character to stand out next to grilled or roasted meat poultry or fish. The hint of vinegar Dijon honey and thyme will make you forget that it’s actually good for you. Skip the step by lining your vegetable casserole dish with aluminum foil. To quickly line your pan turn it upside down and press a sheet of aluminum foil around it. With aluminum foil you can use either the shiny side up or the dull side up. Remove the aluminum foil. Flip the foil over and drop it in. Pinch the edges closed and you’re ready to cook. No cleanup after the meal. Simply throw the foil away.
