Apple cinnamon syrup recipe
2 sour apples peeled cored and sliced
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
Combine apples sugar cinnamon and water in a saucepan; stir to dissolve sugar. Bring to a boil then reduce heat; simmer until apples are tender and syrup has thickened 10 minutes. Serve over pancakes or ice cream.
