Cleaning Mold From Window Frames
October in Michigan and it's a good time to clean windows and frames before winter. While cleaning, I noticed a buildup of a light layer of mold on some windows that don't get a lot of sunlight (north side of the house). I tried a product called "MOLDEX with bleaching gel". Although I was happy using Moldex before, the "bleaching gel" was new to me. I was very impressed with how it removed the mold and wanted to share my experience with you.

I love it when I can find a product that helps maintain my house and home while making it look shiny and almost new.

User Notes: While you don't need to rinse the surface ahead of time, I wanted to remove any dirt and debris before application, as well as water any grass or plants underneath the spot where I worked to protect them from bleach/chemicals. It is a good idea to wear protective gloves and glasses when using this product. I didn't do it, but I also rinsed my hands often with the hose. Always use common sense and caution when using cleaning and bleach products. THANKS!
