Golden Turmeric Coconut Milk
I am an alcoholic. I usually have at least two at a time a water bottle in my car that needs to be refilled constantly and a nearly empty tea cup next to my bedside table.
I am always looking for an appealing drink and if it can nourish me on a deeper level so much the better.
For example I used to drink coffee but many moons ago after my twins were born I couldn’t really drink it anymore. My stomach decided it just didn’t feel right with that acidity and despite the fact that I love the smell of it and still drink decaf sometimes (and usually regret it) I’ve mostly switched to tea and more therapeutic beverages.
