In our personal world October means baby month! We only have a few weeks left until the little one arrives and we are bubbling with… mostly excitement a little bit of “oh my god what’s happening that happened so fast.”
In my work world October is getting ready for maternity leave. The last few months have been incredibly delicious because I’ve been making recipes in advance for fall break even January! And our team has been working hard to get all the pieces in place to share all of those things in the weeks and months ahead. But for me and my work self I’m in the home stretch right now. I feel like a senior who’s about to graduate high school and head straight to college where the workload now consists of taking care of a toddler and a newborn at the same time and that shouldn’t be so hard right? Gulp.
