This recipe is quick and easy. You only need to simmer it for 30 minutes! It started out as a very spicy Coney Island hot dog sauce. I prefer a meaty chili sauce but if you want it spicier with less meat reduce the ground beef to 1/2 pound of meat.

¾ pound ground beef
1 can (12 ounces) tomato paste
½ cup sweet pickle relish
