Configure Internet Explorer shortcut to run as administrator in Windows 10

This video shows how to set a shortcut to run as administrator by default for 3 types of shortcuts. The desktop shortcut, taskbar shortcut, and start menu shortcut. This is sometimes necessary for a web page on a surveillance system or home automation system to load correctly. Sometimes the page will work, but must be run as administrator in order to load the page changes.
