Configure the Stryd Power Zones Data Field with Garmin Connect Mobile

Once you have installed the Stryd Power Zones data field, you will need to link your Stryd account.

1. Open the Garmin Connect app
2. Go to /"Garmin Devices/" in the main menu
3. Select your device
4. Select /"Activities, apps and more/"
5. Select /"Data Fields/"
6. Select /"Stryd Zones/"
7. Select /"Settings/"
8. Enter your Stryd username and tap /"Done/"
