I finally figured out how to make Cracker Barrel’s famous Hashbrown Casserole at home. Many of the copycat recipes I found online are loaded with ingredients like eggs sour cream and chicken broth. After some trial and error this is the recipe I’ll be using from now on whenever I get a craving.
Buttery cheesy crispy on top soft on the inside and full of flavour just like the original. This is not a soggy and mushy casserole. The potatoes are firm in fact strings of potatoes hanging in a casserole dish and they are delicious.
