If you were a fan of the McDonald's Southwest Salad before it disappeared from the menu this copycat recipe brings it back with a few healthy twists. The creamy dressing keeps the saturated fat and calories in check while low-fat sour cream combines with salsa to give it its signature kick. We loaded it up with lots of veggies but feel free to put your own spin on it by adding chopped avocado or crumbled tortilla chips for crunch. (Editor's note: The title of this recipe does not conform to EatingWell's recipe naming and attribution practices and gives appropriate credit to the McDonald's menu which dubbed this dish the "Southwest Salad.")
