We explain why some of our predictions were wrong and give you the remaining predicted costs so you can estimate the total cost of our home built in 2024. It is a 2,800 square foot ranch style custom home located in Southeast Michigan on a 3 acre lot. In the end, we explain why we went $150,000 over our original budget and how we managed to reach the new total.
