There is an active recall for a popular Costco deli item sold in 16 states according to a recent announcement the company sent to customers. This is due to two undeclared allergens in the product.
The recalled product is the Ancient Grain + Vegetable Salad marked with a part number #25247. The salads were pulled from shelves because they were mislabeled and did not list soy and almonds which are allergens. The affected salads were sold in the following states: California Connecticut Georgia Florida Illinois Kentucky Maryland Michigan Montana Nevada New Jersey Ohio Oregon Pennsylvania Texas and Washington.
