Craig has both a culinary education and professional training from his time in restaurants. He is an avid reader of food media and a dedicated cook. During his time in culinary school and in restaurants he gained a lot of experience in recipe testing and development.
Craig Ruff originally got into professional foodservice while working for an event center in business school where he was responsible for maintaining the kitchen for caterers. He has been a chef his entire life and followed his passion through culinary school and into restaurants. Craig still has a great desire to learn more and is always looking to expand his knowledge of food and cooking.
Craig attended Mississippi State University and studied business administration. He later attended Mississippi University For Women for culinary school and focused on food journalism.
