This was amazing. It sounded so good I just went for it and didn’t care about accuracy. Twice. It was even better than you said and now my house smells like roasted peppers and garlic. Plus this demystified polenta. You guys stop posting and start cooking. This is so good!

Go ahead and laugh. I can take it. This is SUCH a weird looking recipe.
I almost didn’t share it because I was too shy. I mean shy about how it looked. As I calmly ate every last bite out of the giant bowl that sat on my lap on the couch in front of the TV (<— we have a personal rule against that but we do it sometimes anyway and it’s just the most cozy-fun thing ever) I started to realize that the shapes and colors and general vibe of this entire dish basically screamed Weirdo Person. And I started to doubt whether anyone else in the world would spend a second of their eyes on this. Sad face.
