Windows 11 (and Windows 10) will allow you to install IIS (Internet Information Services) and set up an FTP site that you can use to transfer files back and forth across your network. You need to complete several steps, such as creating an FTP user account, configuring the firewall, and creating a folder to store your shared files. This process will work almost the same for Windows 10 computers. This is also a good way to use a Windows desktop as a file server.
