Gulf Crab Cakes with Lemon Butter | Southern Living
These crispy crab cakes are delicious and adaptable. Sometimes I change the seasonings or add a little fish if I’m short on crab. The lemon sauce is pretty basic but you can also serve them with mayonnaise if you prefer. Serve as is as a starter or with a simple salad and some new potatoes on the side for lunch or dinner.
