So after testing a few variations I came up with this gorgeous Crispy Miso Chickpea Bowl with brown rice fresh veggies and a spicy garlic sesame marinade. When you add the Tahini Miso Dressing it takes it to the next level but it’s optional. The combination of the two is super dreamy though!

I'll show you how easy it is to make this bowl with only 10 ingredients!

Once your grains of choice are ready prepare your chickpeas by tossing them with miso* sesame oil a little maple syrup and red pepper flakes or chili garlic sauce. The combination creates a crispy chickpea infused with lots of savory spicy sweet flavor. Swoon!
