Tender salmon pieces get a sweet and crunchy coating thanks to the sweet and savory teriyaki glaze in this salmon rice bowl. Since the glaze is sweet and sugar can burn easily it’s best to broil the salmon pieces without the glaze and then cook the glaze under the broiler for a few minutes. We love topping with crunchy cucumber and creamy avocado but feel free to add whatever toppings you like to make this easy meal your own. If you can’t find Sriracha mayonnaise you can make your own by mixing mayonnaise and Sriracha to your preferred level of spiciness.
