Good morning summer and hello cucumbers! What is your favorite cucumber? Lemon cucumber? English? Armenian? How about pickling?
For years I have grown lemon cucumbers which are yellow and about the size of a large lemon when ripe. They look pretty cool but they can go to seed and can be a pain to handle.
This year I decided to plant Persian cucumbers. They are more delicate than regular garden cucumbers and have a thin skin making them ideal for salads.
