DIY Curry Powder | Minimalist Baking Recipes
We get Thai or Indian takeout at least once a week. And if I can't decide what to make for dinner it's usually a vegetable curry (my favorite is in the cookbook).
Since I love a tasty snack I thought I would combine the flavors of curry with my favorite nut at the moment: cashews.
This recipe is simple and requires only 10 ingredients and 30 minutes to prepare. And if you've made my curry recipes recently you'll already have all the ingredients on hand (ftw)!
