Customize your user interface in WoW
This is a tutorial on how to customize your user interface. It doesn't explain how to use a specific add-on, although I'd be happy to do so. Rather, this video seeks to give a general philosophy on how to configure a user interface using numerous add-ons. I'm playing on a private server, so these expansions are for patch 3.3.5, but the basics will apply to any patch.

Addons used in alphabetical order:
Ackis Recipe List – tell me what recipes I have/don’t have and where to get them.
Atlastloot – let me loot the loot tables in the game
Auctioneer – Auction House Addon
Bagnon – turns all my bags into one big bag.
Beancounter – tracks item prices
BigWigs – a very similar, but in my opinion superior boss mod to DBM – developed by Ensidia (arguably the best guild this game has ever seen).
ButtonFacade – changes the appearance of buff and button icons
Chatmod – explicit
CLCret – manages FCFS paladin rotation
Enchantrix – tells me how an item becomes disenchanted
Informer – tells me supplier prices
Mapster – map addon
Minimap Buttons Frame – brings all my minimap buttons together in one place in an organized way.
Move Anything – moves objects
Nameplate Modifier – allows me to customize nameplates
NeedtoKnow – used to keep track of ICD and important processes to maximize dps.
Omen – threat meter
OmniCC – helps me track ability cooldowns by adding a numbered countdown to ability buttons
PallyPower – used to manage paladin buffs, sigils, righteous fury, auras and to coordinate with other paladins using the addon.
Pitbull – unit frames.
PocketPlot – mini-map add-on
Post – email add-on
Prat – another chat addon
Quartz – cast bar addon
Satrina Buff Frames – buff addon – allows me to customize their appearance and placement
Skada – like the story but better and cleaner
SnowfallKeyPress – uses actions when not pressing on release – slight dps increase
Stubby – needed for other extensions
Sunn – Viewport Art – This addon allows me to change the viewport so that I can use the space at the bottom of my screen for addons and action bars etc. without having to cover my screen. Better situational awareness this way.
Swatter – cleaning up the error message.
TipTac – tooltip modifier. I can see the guild rank and talents of other players by hovering over them.
Titanpanel – allows me to track latency, gold, repair, location, etc. on a small bar at the top of my screen.
ToolTipTabs – allows me to view multiple items at once.

UPDATE: Some elements are outdated, i.e. I changed the UI a bit. I made it available to everyone. http://www.megafileupload.com/en/file/395883/Chaoren-UI-zip.html You will need to make sure that you have selected the correct add-ons. The interface folder contains all the addons I use on multiple toons, not just my paladin.
