THE BEST cashew and almond milk ice cream recipes!
You all know by now that I love ice cream – showcases AB and C – but dairy doesn’t always do me any good. Yes there are vegan ice creams. But coconut milk doesn’t always fit my system either.
I was complaining about this fact to John the other day when he suggested I try another recipe that was dairy-free but without the coconut. One milk that has never done me wrong is almond milk so I knew that would be a replacement for my low-fat. And to keep it thick and creamy I knew I would need a more traditional ice cream base.
