'Dakdoritang' is a chicken dish cooked in a spicy red sauce together with vegetables such as potatoes carrots and onions. It is also called 'dakbokkeumtang' or 'dakmaeuntang'. It is usually made by cutting a whole chicken into small pieces but I use a combination of chicken thighs and wings. The result is juicy chicken pieces full of spicy and savory flavors!
