Dangerous or safe batteries, explosion and fire test!

Li-Pol (LiPo) batteries are widely used in almost all cell phones and other home electronic devices. However, they are unstable and dangerous. In our test we compare LiPo with available LFP and LTO technologies.

You may not realize the danger of staying in your pocket, but consider the danger for projects involving batteries and avoid future problems. Design a machine, device or tool using batteries? Choose wisely!

All tested batteries are lithium-based, but the additional substances contained in LFP and LTO provide the necessary stabilization and prevent dangerous behavior.
