Ironically these chips almost didn’t happen. I was dipping other things in chocolate this week—a recipe you’ll find on Saturday—and at the same time I pulled some sweet potato rounds out of the oven for another recipe. But instead of going through with my plan to dip them in almond butter and honey I decided to dip them in dark chocolate.
WIN. One bite whoa – we’re all in.
The chips are just crispy enough because they have been roasted in the oven for a long time. The salty taste compensates for the sweet taste of the potato and the chocolate.
