Defragmenting hard drive partition in command prompt

Usually, disk defragmentation of a partition such as the C:// drive is done through the Disk Defragmenter tool in Windows, but sometimes you will need to do it in DOS or Command Prompt if the hard drive is too fragmented to open the Disk Defragmenter program.
