Dell Battery Not Charging Fixed

The Dell Inspiron 11 laptop arrived with the dreaded “Battery not charging” issue. After trying the usual products to no avail, I took a close look at the customer's charger/power supply and discovered a very worn plug. I ordered a new one from Amazon – an official Dell charger and it did the trick. The battery is charging. Sometimes you just have to go where the clues lead you and hope.
