Does Windows automatically perform chkdsk repair (check disk repair) on every startup? You can easily disable automatic repair of check disk on Windows 10 and Windows 11!
To disable disk check in Windows 10 and 11, type Registry Editor in Windows search bar – Right-click on Registry Editor and run as administrator. Go to this folder
Computer//HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE//SYSTEM//CurrentControlSet//Control//Session Manager
Open the BootExecute file on the right panel. Change the value to

automatic check autochk /k:C*

This assumes your Windows OS is on drive C. If it's different from D, you can change C to D. Or you can add multiple drives like this
autocheck autochk /k:C /k:D *
/k stops the disk repair check on the next drive letter.
Click OK and File – Exit. And restart your computer to apply the changes.
I hope this helps you!
