How to Disable Windows Hello to Access Saved Passwords on Chrome
On Google Chrome, you can disable the browser's ability to prompt you to authenticate using Windows Hello to automatically access and enter passwords for sites you visit.
As part of the latest security improvements, Chrome displays a "Protect passwords with Windows Hello" dialog box to protect access to your stored passwords for your favorite sites.
