Quick Access lets you quickly access and view your pinned folders and frequent folders from Home in File Explorer and from the File Explorer navigation pane when Show All Folders is off .

If you don't like seeing all your pinned folders and frequent folders showing up in the File Explorer navigation pane, you can delete them all so they no longer appear. This will also remove the Quick Access section from Home in File Explorer.

This tutorial will apply to computers, laptops, desktops, and tablets running Windows 10 and Windows 11 (Home, Pro, Enterprise, Education) operating systems from all supported hardware manufacturers, such as Dell, HP, Acer, Asus, Toshiba, Lenovo, Alienware, Razer, MSI, Huawei, Microsoft Surface and Samsung.
