I will be careful next time when cleaning the PC.

Here are the things to do before blowing air.
1. Remove rams
2. Glue the fans if necessary.
3. Tape the fans to open your GPU to avoid damage.
4. Blow air at low speed.
5. Keep the fan at least 1 foot away.
