With the app's new connected photo tool, you can save a number of connected images as you move down a street. These images are captured using ARCore. Once you save and publish your images, the Street View app automatically positions them. This means you'll be able to add routes that weren't previously accessible on Google Maps or improve street views for areas that have seen rapid changes.
