Drop an animated GIF into a Microsoft Outlook email

The purpose of this tutorial is to show you how to drop an animated GIF into a Microsoft Outlook email. This will not be an attachment, it will be animated in the pop-up area of that email.

***Please note that if you are using 64-bit Windows, this may not work for you. I used it on 32-bit Windows and it worked wonderfully.***
