NOTE: If your monitor does not support Gsync and you do not have this option in the Nvidia Control Panel, simply skip this step and move on to the next one. No, all monitors support Gsync and I don't talk about it during the video.
Note I'm not an expert and found this solution by luck and trying similar things from different videos and forums. I don't even know the exact reason for all this and why for most of us it works.
