The cake is tender and moist and not too sweet to balance out the frosting. The frosting is delicious it has that caramel flavor from the dulce de leche and the optional rum complements the vanilla notes of the caramel beautifully. The hazelnuts added a great crunch factor and add a subtle nutty flavor.
