This presentation will provide several strategies and tips for teaching early childhood education in ECD (early childhood development) classes. Early childhood education teachers have a very difficult job and often do not receive the proper training that would allow them to be successful. Many of the strategies include encouraging communication and conversation, providing time for children to play, using manipulatives to teach math (from concrete to abstract), and much more. ECE teachers are encouraged to share this content with other educators in an effort to further help children succeed. This video is part of an educational playlist from Teaching in Education and Frank Avella. Other videos in the playlist cover topics like curriculum, inquiry-based learning, classroom management, differentiated instruction and much more.

Please take the opportunity to connect and share this video with your friends and family if you find it useful.
