I'm all alone with these simple cinnamon pumpkin pancakes.
Breakfast lunch and brinner: we’re talking whole grain goodness meets the totally fluffy golden brown cozy goodness of pumpkin pancakes. Both the healthy and the good rolled into one. All it takes is a big slab of creamy melted butter (um ahhmm I meeeean just close your eyes for a sec) and a generous drizzle of real maple syrup a rich Americano with extra cream and some new kitchen cabinets being installed upstairs.
