This blueberry crumble perfectly balances sweet summer blueberries and tart lemon flavors. Topped with a warming spiced streusel and baked to perfection it’s the perfect summer dessert paired with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. While we love fresh-picked blueberries frozen ones work just as well. Because they retain more moisture and are slightly less sweet than fresh berries be sure to increase the amount of flour and sugar in the filling by 1 tablespoon each.
