I got this recipe from my sister. And the first time I made it I was amazed. I served it with beef curry we couldn't get enough of it. It was just amazing. Be careful not to put the heat too high and the pancakes won't burn.

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon water or as needed
Mix rice flour and salt in a bowl; make a well in the center of the mixture. Stir in egg vegetable oil and enough water to make a smooth batter.
