My mother made this easy Salisbury steak for us growing up. It was one of those dinners we all loved to eat at the family table. Now we still pass it down. My 17 month old daughter loves this recipe. You can add other vegetables if you like (e.g. scallions fennel mushrooms etc.). It also works with ground pork.
