Easy solution for slow file transfer! Stuck at 99%?

If you have noticed that your files are transferring slowly from one folder to another or from one computer to another, or from hard drive to hard drive, from USB drive to USB drive, here is a solution simple and easy to fix.

In my case it would get stuck at 99% for about 5-10 seconds each time which gets very annoying and time consuming when you have a lot of work to do, it can be a waste of time while waiting.
