This is a modified version of the Betty Crocker® vegan sugar cookies. I am not vegan but this recipe is the best I have used to avoid eggs and dairy (due to allergies). I serve these cookies to non-vegans all the time and they are always a big hit. The key is not to over bake them! Please note that not every single ingredient is necessarily certified vegan. Decorate with your favorite cookie icing as desired.
