I have expressed my general and specific dislike for breakfast tacos in the past. In general I find the tacos available in all but a handful of restaurants and food stalls to be poorly prepared. Specifically the dry overcooked eggs used in their preparation.
Luckily you don’t have to put up with that at home. We can cook our eggs as moist or as dry as we want and no one will tell us we’re doing it wrong. If you’re my wife chances are someone will tell you you’re doing it wrong but as I explained to her changing me and my hyperprescriptivist view of food is her own cross to bear.
